Frequently Asked Questions
1.) How many agents do you have - and what are their qualifications ?
Staffing at TTS is based upon specific project requirements and various agent specialties.
TTS runs a two hundred seat facility, with a core of approximately 100 employees at this time.
Each Agent participates in specialized training for each client program. And our on-going internal
Quality Assurance ( QA ) department continuously monitors and supports each Agent for optimum
performance and maximum program results.
For specialized projects that require additional full-time staffing, TTS can quickly screen,
test and deploy a new team of dedicated agents.
2.) How often do you report results and in what format ?
Frequency and reporting methodology are dictated by the needs of the client. Reports may be sent
via distributed email, fax and FTP transfers, as well as any other format the client may specify.
In addition, many of our customers utilize our Web Reporting service & technology to access and
retrieve reports remotely and on-demand, 24 / 7.
Recently TTS has innovated direct uploads to Salesforce.com as well as client proprietary systems.
3.) Why should I outsource my telesales / telemarketing ?
Results and satisfied clients tell the story.
Outsourcing with TTS is an effective tool for success - with proven results, and TTS has the
client list to prove it.

TTS offers unparallled quality in both callers and database services that would be extremely difficult to do inhouse.
And please contact us for an appropriate reference and success story.
TTS can launch a test program that will quickly determine the viability of an outsourced
solution for any particular client requirement.
4.) What is the start up cost for a program ?
Pricing is largely dependent upon the total scope of work. Our current standard rate for
high-end B2B calling is $40.00 - $48.00 per hour for each dedicated agent.
In addition, there is a one-time program set up fee of between $ 1000 and $ 3500, which is
again dependent upon the project scope.
This set up fee includes:
System set up
Project scripting and development
Training
Database configuration and launch
Reporting set up
Uploading recording of calls
Establishing password-protected access to our 24 / 7 web-based report generator
Tactical TeleSolutions also specializes in custom programs and campaigns. A comprehensive
proposal can be prepared upon request.
Longer-term contracts are welcomed and encouraged with an aggressive discount schedule.
TTS has a 160-hour minimum to let trends manifest themselves. Typically, 1/3 of a lead list is
contacted each time it is called. 3 passes through the list is often a fair amount of penetration.
Sometimes 5 passes through a list is most effective, particularly if the list is a critical target
market for your company.
In our experience, 160 hours is the minimum time to take all the variables of a campaign into
account. It is wise to budget for an additional 160 hours to achieve a full view of your ROI.
6.) Where do I get a calling list ? Does TTS provide lists ?
TTS is a list broker. It is important that any list that we use remains the proprietary
property of the client and that it never gets used by another company or for another program.
Our standard contract includes non-disclosure and non-compete clauses to protect all of your
information.
The best lists for telesales / telemarketing projects are those that can be found within your
own company, or from your own industry.
TTS can assist in compiling these lists with our data services as well as handle the process
of merging multiple data sources into a single target database.
TTS can also forward you a compilation of List Brokers and providers - many of whom sell or
lease lists that vary in specialty and scope. TTS will consult with you to get the most
workable list from the beginning, as overall success is very dependent upon list quality.
7.) How many records or leads do I need to start ?
A list of 1,000 company records is a safe starting point. You may want to obtain or purchase
a list of 5,000 records to provide leads for the initial telesales / telemarketing test as
well as to support continuation of the campaign.
Note: if purchasing a list, remember to specify the overall number of companies
( i.e. a count of 5,000 records would consist of 5,000 single companies, not 5 contact
names of people at 1000 companies ).
8.) What do I use for a script ?
TTS has developed and compiled a knowledge base of scripts and variables since 1991.
Some clients provide us with a turnkey script, and others will work with us to develop the
best approach on a program-by-program basis.
Working with the client, TTS will determine clear objectives and combine these with specific
customer FAQs, common objections and known rebuttals. Company collateral and interviews can
further refine the script development effort.
TTS spends a great deal of consulting time on the front end of any client program to assess
and assimilate as many variables as possible. TTS encourages a site visit to demonstrate the
screens and processes that our agents use. In support of this, TTS has developed a
proprietary software application called Scriptor, which is a relational database
incorporating the logic flow of the script with fields of capture, and tree based
decision processing - resulting in more elegant scripts, workflow, reporting and results.
9.) How do I proceed ?

b.) A single-point-of-contact at your company for the TTS Account Manager assigned to your project
