TTS offers two levels of service for inbound response:

Dedicated Services per Hour:

Dedicated services are required where volume is consistent enough to warrant full time staff to answer calls and where a higher service level is needed.
Dedicated agents are required in cases of Technical support, Tier 1, 2, or 3

  • Standard Set Up is a one time investment of $2,500, which includes consultation, script testing and revisions, CRM set up, IVR set up, voice mail box set up, 800# management, reporting and ongoing quality assurance monitoring. TTS employs a digital server to record the calls.
  • $35 per hour per agent. Option to include outbound calling, web research, and support functions.
  • 160 hours per month minimum based on one agent for 40 hours per week over 4 weeks.
  • Custom set up, including web database interfaces, hosted database services, and dedicated VPN solutions are available from the IT consulting arm of TTS at $45.00 per hour.
  • TTS can provide an 800 number for $250 set up (plus toll charges), or you can point yours to TTS. We recommend a $50/month voice mail box for capturing calls outside of our hours of coverage (our agents return those calls during business hours.
Shared Services per Minute:

Shared services are perfect for an intermittent volume of calls (less than 50 per day during standard business hours). Shared services are appropriate for basic inbound fielding of calls where quality customer care does NOT require domain expertise. These calls are shared in a “roll over” environment with TTS veteran agents answering the calls (or emails) in queue, assuring live response to sporadic inquiries.
  • Standard Set Up is a one time investment of $2,500, which includes consultation, script testing and revisions, CRM set up, IVR set up, voice mail box set up, 800# management, reporting and ongoing quality assurance monitoring. TTS employs a digital server to record the calls.
  • $2,500 per month minimum plus $1.00 per additional minute.
