TTS offers two levels of service for inbound response:
| Dedicated Services per Hour: Dedicated services are required where volume is consistent enough to warrant full time staff to answer calls and where a higher service level is needed. Dedicated agents are required in cases of Technical support, Tier 1, 2, or 3 In-language response Inbound sales Volume levels that warrant dedicated agents.

Shared Services per Minute: Shared services are perfect for an intermittent volume of calls (less than 50 per day during standard business hours). Shared services are appropriate for basic inbound fielding of calls where quality customer care does NOT require domain expertise. These calls are shared in a “roll over” environment with TTS veteran agents answering the calls (or emails) in queue, assuring live response to sporadic inquiries.
